Tansen School of Health Science (TSHS), located in Tansen, Palpa, Nepal, is a leading health education institution established in October 1999. It was founded through a collaborative effort between the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and United Mission Hospital Tansen with the aim of producing skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals.

Originally known as Tansen Nursing School, the institution has grown into a well-recognized center for health science education. It offers programs such as PCL Nursing, Special Nursing, and Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT), with plans for further expansion including pharmacy education.
